PURPOSE:  It is the aim of the Catawba Basketball Christmas Camp to provide qualified training in basketball for boys and girls ages 5 to 15.  Emphasis will be placed on fundamental skills, strategy, conditioning, techniques, individual and team offense, and defense.  Experienced instruction should greatly help the individual improve his or her skill level, offering opportunity for the development of maximum potential. The camp will also provide the boys and girls a chance improve over their Christmas vacation. The camps will be conducted in the Christian atmosphere of the Catawba College Campus, Covenant Classical School, and Avondale Presbyterian Church.

ADMISSION:  The camp is open to boys and girls from the age of 5 to 15.  Instruction, activities, and supervision will be by age and gender.  Those who are admitted are expected to conform to proper behavior and to follow instructions and rules set by the director of the camp.  Those who are unwilling to meet these standards will be dismissed

COST:  The cost of the camp is $85 for the Full Day (Ages 7 to 15) and $45 for the Half Day (Ages 5 to 8) Camp. Note: The Half Day Camp is recommend for ages 5 to 8 and the Full Day Camp is recommend for ages 7 to 15. This includes instruction, lunch (Full Day Camp), t-shirt, and secondary insurance. A $20 discount for additional family member for either camp.
